A Learning Experience Beyond the Classroom
Pune, 3 April 25 – The School of Retail at Symbiosis University, MBA Marketing Semester II students recently embarked on an enriching industry visit to Indore Sahakari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit (SANCHI). Indore Sahakari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit, affiliated to MP State Cooperative Dairy Federation. It Covers 9 districts and deal with 4 Mini Dairy Plant and 11 Milk Chilling Centers.
The students had the unique opportunity to witness SANCHI’s legacy and cutting-edge processing plant, which handles more than 4 lakh liters of milk daily. This visit provided them with invaluable insights into the various processes involved in the dairy industry, which are integral to the production of high-quality milk and dairy products.
Student Observed the intricate processes of pasteurization, cooling, and evaporation, all while adhering to strict hygiene and quality standards, including certifications such as FDA, AGMARK, ISO, BIS, and FSSAI. Explored a diverse range of products, including Milk, Ghee, Butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Ice Creams, Bakery Items, and Traditional Indian Sweets. efficient packaging and supply chain management, all this process ensure on-time delivery of fresh products every day.
